1.) The drill pipe should be completely unlocked when the machine locks the drill pipe under pressure. If it is not completely locked, it will accelerate the wear of the pressure lock block.

2.) The machine lock drill pipe will form a shaking phenomenon when hitting hard strata, and the inner key of the drill pipe will sometimes have a slight opening welding. When checking the machine lock drill pipe, it is necessary to check here carefully. If the above phenomenon occurs, it is necessary to grind open the welding place for repair welding.

3.) The damping spring and the square head of the core rod of the drill pipe should be checked frequently, if found cracks should be timely contact the manufacturer for maintenance.

4.) After the drill pipe works in the acid, alkali and salt areas, the drill pipe should be pulled apart completely when storing, and cleaned in time with clean water. Clean as much as possible after each use and store in time.

When the drill pipe is stored, it shall not be used as a support platform for stacking heavy objects; the drill pipe shall not be placed on scattered rock piles, pebble piles, and rubble piles.

→Do not weld and repair or add or remove drill pipe parts without the permission of the manufacturer's information or technical personnel.

→If there is floating stone in loose strata, the floating stone should be taken out and drilled before drilling to the floating stone to prevent the impact of broken rod.
