Replace wearing parts in time

The wearing parts on the drill pipe include: serial number 14 shock absorbing ring assembly, serial number 17 anti-band rod tray, serial number 10 spring seat, serial number 11 shock absorbing spring.

1.) The shock absorbing ring assembly plays a role in protecting the main engine. Once the rubber of the shock absorbing ring assembly is broken, falling and aging, the drill pipe will drop (impact) the main engine quickly. During the use of the drill pipe, the shock absorbing ring assembly must be guaranteed the rubber is basically intact.

2.) The anti-rod tray plays the role of anti-rod. Once the part is deformed and bent after being impacted during use, the inner diameter gap with the adjacent drill pipe steel pipe will become smaller. In serious cases, the drill pipe is not flexible or stuck, and cannot be stretched. If this happens, please contact the manufacturer to return to the factory for maintenance.

3.) The spring seat (tray, water diversion plate) not only plays the role of flow operation, but also protects the end of the drill pipe and guides the spring of the drill pipe. The part of the flow water is easy to wear, and it should be replaced in time after wear. It is not allowed to use materials with a hardness greater than 210HB to prepare fan-shaped blocks on the running water plate.

4.) The shock absorbing spring plays a dual role in protecting the drill pipe and the drilling rig. The shock absorbing spring is broken, combined and deformed, and must be replaced in time. The mechanical properties of the drill pipe spring have been strictly calculated and are not allowed to be changed at will. The material of the drill pipe spring is 60Si2MnA.
